Modular: Level up units as opportunities permit. All organizational stakeholders must work as a team, but also organized as distinct units that can be upgraded or specifically adapted as required.
Of the highest rank: Mindset and execution by company systems and personnel must be held to the highest determined standards.
In good working order: Everything works and company vision and goals are being achieved. At least one step beyond controlled chaos.
Future thinking: Company must be growth oriented, able to expand or shrink without breaking. Prepared and able to quickly adapt as circumstances change
Accelerated: The company must take advantage of opportunities. This means remaining informed and agile. The company cannot become encumbered by its own weight or be limited to its present size. This is closely related to future thinking in the way a vision and mission are related.
Clockwork: Company is well structured, well documented with clearly defined processes and controls.
Seeking the unknown: It is important for your group to be always seeking small incremental gains, while still nourishing paradigm shifting creativity.
